About our work
We are a full service family law firm who are fortunate to deal with a diverse spectrum of family law matters. We are the UK’s first fertility law firm and deal with the creation of families and assisting our clients in their plans and wishes to grow a family, be it by donor conception, surrogacy (in the UK and internationally) and other fertility treatment.
We also advise about the issues arising from the breakdown of families be it by reason of divorce (same sex and heterosexual marriages), civil partnership dissolution or the separation of cohabiting couples. We try to take the sting out of any dispute and have successfully negotiated positive results for our clients as well as robustly represented our clients in court, when needed.
We also deal with all children law matters: internal and international relocation, child arrangements orders (i.e. where the child will live and how they will spend their time and any specific issues), and have particular expertise in assisting same sex parents as well as advising on a wide variety of co-parenting arrangements.
We are also very lucky to have Suzi on our team, a qualified mediator, who can add another dimension of legal support to our clients.
A little more about us…
Our head office is based in the lovely Burgate, on the outskirts of the New Forest, but we love our new (very trendy) London office based at 201 Borough High Street.
2015 has certainly been a busy, high profile year for us all! We have grown our team and established a new London base and are also fortunate to have worked on several matters which have caught a lot of media and public attention. It is a great to be recognised as one of the leading family law firms and we will all be keeping our fingers crossed on 8 October 2015!
